Food was once about sustenance.  Then it became about convenience, followed by experience.  At Belle Vue, it is more – a beautiful collision of artistry and obsession.  A contemporary dining experience offering a bespoke collection of dishes, carefully curated and developed by executive chef Lukas Coetzee.  Honoring the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients, Belle Vue transforms food into art.

Les Fleurs is a Sundays River Valley-based floristry studio, with a focus on creating uniquely beautiful and creative floral experiences for weddings and events. With a personalized approach to each client, we allow you to dream. Our end goal is to create a sensational yet completely authentic experience for the contemporary, whimsical and stylish individual.

We believe that a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion and that it should be filled with everything you’ve dreamed of and touches that represent you as a couple. We love to weave together our inspirations from nature – with its untamed romance and raw beauty – to create something that feels as though it truly belongs in the space. 

We also do floral design for private dinner parties, anniversary events and birthdays, as well as large and small corporate events. The focus for the latter is usually a more modern and clean approach, but love to work with corporates or event planners to conceptualize a look that will perfectly suit a specific event and client.

We strive to create experiences for our clients – and their guests – that are above and beyond expectations; experiences that our clients engage with and find joy in, and that represent them well as the hosts of an event. Through intentional and thoughtful designs, we hope to inspire.
