Shamrock Chapel

Although officially opened in 2012, our chapel has an old world and romantic charm due to the salvaged materials used and the focal point of the impressive Lauterbach organ.  The chapel sits on the edge of the mountain with panoramic windows facing north with spectacular views over the orchards, Zuurberg mountains, and Sundays River Valley.

We can seat a maximum of 120 guests.  With smaller functions, we remove some of the chairs to free up some space.  Our pulpit was made by a neighbor from sneezewood fencing poles and a stone tablet which he found at Lake Mentz.  A lovely bush path leads from the central parking area to the chapel with a sprawling lawn which is very popular for group photos.  All chairs with white covers and a flower stand are included in the rental fee.  A professionally trained organist is available at no extra cost for your ceremony.
